Manage or delete your account
Financial Planning Tool users can manage connected services, export their data, or start account deletion from More → Privacy & Data while signed in.
If you cannot sign in
Email privacy@jcmsco.com from the address associated with your account. Include the product name and state whether you want an export, a correction, or permanent deletion. We will verify account ownership before acting on the request.
What deletion includes
We disconnect optional providers and delete or de-identify personal account data and uploaded files. Records that must be retained for tax, legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution obligations are isolated and kept only for the required period.
Before deleting
Download any records you need and resolve active subscriptions or shared business workspaces. Account deletion is permanent after the verification and processing period completes.
